I can not even begin to put into words on how thankful I am for Dr. Cline! He saved my puppies life! We went in with what seemed like an almost lifeless puppy and here we are a few weeks later and he’s even better than he was before he got sick. Dr. Cline went above and beyond and acted in such a timely manner I could never thank him enough. Me working in vet med myself (had high expectations) and he and his techs exceeded those expectations without a doubt! So beyond thankful! And on top of all that went out of his way to call and check on my baby ON HIS OWN TIME! Now that’s what I call dedication and passion about his work! Thank you so much Dr. Cline for absolutely everything!!

Dear Doctors and Staff:

In November 2023, 4 months after my puppy was born, I brought Carabelle, my miniature dachshund, to your clinic for emergency help. She was in severe distress, couldn’t lift her head, couldn’t walk, and extreme pain riddled through her body. She had lost all function and was in a coma-like state upon arrival. Carabelle was eventually diagnosed with dog meningitis, was given antibiotics straight away, and was not expected to live through the night due to the severity of her sudden symptoms. It was a race against time.

Imagine the continued worry and heart wrenching tears during my visit and throughout the long, long night as I prayed and prayed for my fur-baby to be okay. As the morning approached and thinking there could be bad news, I was dreading the phone call, but at the same time I was also hoping for a miracle Then, to my and the staff’s delight we were overwhelmed with joy when we all witnessed that miracle. Carabelle had made a 180 degree turn for the better in the wee hours and had returned to her original puppy-self, walking around wagging her tail like nothing ever happened. It was a God-answered prayer and amazing turnaround by the doctor, as we all agreed went against all odds.

Carabelle will be one year old on July 3, 2024, and I thought you’d like to see a picture of how she is today. I am so appreciative and thankful for all the help afforded to her, to my family and to myself by East Metro Animal Clinic. Seeing how much of a wreck I tried to hide, not so convincingly, the doctors and their staff were so compassionate and very patient , and everyone made me feel so encouraged. The doctor was calm and courteous, and not only completely understood my emotional state, was quick to act in treatment, ultimately saving Carabelle’s life. The receptionist and the tech (very sorry I do not have their names) were so kind, obliging, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They literally kept me from losing it.

Everyone had their part in being completely committed in saving the life of my beautiful miniature, long-haired 4-5 pound dachshund and I can’t thank everyone enough. Please extend my thanks (and Carabelle’s) to all involved on that tragic evening in November 2023.

My cat was accidently hit by our garage door. My Vet is now closed on Saturdays, so was at a loss where to go and who to trust. I was sent to East Metro ER and was totally pleased. Dr Collins and the assistant were so quick to assess and give my cat some good TLC for pain and soreness. They did not recommend any unnecessary testing. The receptionist was very caring and kind, as well. I give them Five Stars. Would highly recommend this practice.

Today make 1 week since my Dior had her six pups. I can’t thank East Metro enough for staying by my side while she delivered. I was a nervous wreck. It was the plan we had in place but thank God for sending a light to help me through this process. Mom and pups are doing great. I can never say enough about the wonderful staff. Dr you’re the best !

My baby Osho 22 had a bite wound and in a bad place the cast and crew at the emergency animal clinic took care of her immediately and saved her a lot of pain and suffering as well as me just fabulous people whom I think the world of when they helped my little cat and me get a good nights sleep and a pleasant next afternoon she’s with me now so pleased she is showing she got their help and thanking me every minute since and I’m sure doctors and staff as well I just can not say enough good about them.

We lost our dog to bladder cancer and six days later found ourselves at the vet with her sister. She was in congestive heart failure and they were not sure she would make it through the night. Heartbroken, we took her to East Metro. After an emotional week and a stressful day, we were concerned and anxious about our pet. The staff took her in right away and started working with her while we stayed and did paperwork. They were very thorough, explained the care she would receive and how much they would bill. Our baby survived the night. I can’t thank them enough for what they do. Brenda C.

My wife and I brought our cat, Cali, to East Metro Emergency and the Dr. and entire staff was very professional, concerned and caring. Our fur baby must have passed on the drive to their office and the entire staff was very respectful of our baby and us during this emotional event. Their made a room available to us to be with her for as long as we needed and their asked if they can do anything for us. EMA took care of the calls for the pet crematorium. The staff also sent a beautiful condolence card to us which was appreciated and unexpected. They are all All-Stars in our eyes.
I would recommend them to anyone and would absolutely use their services in the future.

On Sat. November 2, 2019. I had an emergency with my child, Jelly Bean. She got excellent treatment the second she was there. Unfortunately, her heart just gave out. I want to thank Dr. Mary Moon and her staff for ALL they did to try to save her. If you or I ever need emergency help again. I would use this clinic again. They were caring about Jelly Bean, but very concerned about me. THANK YOU AGAIN.for everything you did for us.

When we arrived at EM Emergency we were immediately greeted by Kelly. She obtained our info very quickly and got my dog in very quickly. Our wait for word from the Doctor was @ 30 minutes. The Dr was very informative and concerned about my dog and seemed to have done a very thorough check up. The cost for the visit was what we expected. I am so glad and grateful they are there. We have visited EM Emergency a few times with different pets and they have always been very attentive and caring. They have a great staff and we really appreciate each and everyone. Thank You East Metro for being there for Fur Babies in need !!

A friend of mine’s dog was hit by a car. I went with her for support. The doctors and staff did everything they could to help her. Doctor really explained everything that was needed. They offered us Carecredit as a payment option which was great because not everyone has an emergency fund.

We had a bleeding 90lb pitbull with severe anxiety didn’t even faze these ladies. They cleared out the waiting room and treated our guy like a king. Jax is TERRIFIED of people he doesn’t know (even on 80mg of Prozac) but he was so interested and calm around all the staff working last night. To me, him feeling at ease around them is the highest endorsement I could ever give. They got him fixed up quickly and for a totally reasonable cost. I hope we don’t need them again, but we know who to call if we do.

This vet saved my babies life. My cat had developed a nasty infection after a surgery at his regular vet. Luckily East Metro was there for us and everyone involved was so sweet. The before and after pictures speak for themselves.

Tonight I said goodbye to my best friend of 18 years. Waiting until morning to take her to a different vet for euthanasia was no longer a kind or fair option for my baby. They are were able to take us on at 10:30pm on a Sunday. Their prices were very affordable. And the vet and other staff were incredibly compassionate and kind. It’s been one of the hardest nights of my life but they were a great choice.​

They were great, my dog eat a lot of chocolate. I brought her in after calling them and they took great care of her. The price is what you would expect, but do they offer military discounts.
